Healthy Ireland is a government led initiative aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of everyone living in Ireland. The Healthy Ireland Round 4 Programme (HIF 2023-2025) represents a more evidenced-based outcomes led approach, with projects prioritised based on local data/need and in consultation with our local community and local stakeholders.
The purpose of this survey is to give you an opportunity to have your say in identifying the health and wellbeing priorities, risks and associated target groups across County Donegal. The results of this survey will be used to support our planning for Healthy Ireland Round 4 health and wellbeing activities across Donegal over the next three years.
